Veery
Please read these Terms carefully before using Veery. By using the app, you agree to them.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Veery App LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("Veery," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Veery mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated here by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Veery is a personal relationship management app that lets you store, organize, and manage information about your personal and professional contacts. Depending on your plan, features may include manual contact entry, importing contacts from your device, business card capture, follow-up reminders, voice notes, AI-assisted features, and optional integrations with third-party services you choose to connect.
We may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of any part of the Service.
To use certain features you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your credentials.
Veery offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through your Apple App Store account using Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
You retain ownership of the contacts, notes, recordings, images, and other content you add to the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
Information about other people. Veery is designed to store information about your contacts. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to collect, store, and use any personal information you enter about third parties, and for complying with all applicable privacy and data-protection laws when you do so.
Some features use artificial intelligence to process content you provide (such as notes, transcripts, voice recordings, or business card images) in order to organize, summarize, or extract information. To deliver these features, relevant content may be processed by third-party AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. It is provided for your convenience only, is not professional advice, and you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.
You agree not to:
The Service may let you connect third-party services (for example, a meeting-notes integration). Your use of any third-party service is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of them. You may disconnect a third-party integration at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks (excluding Your Content), is owned by Veery App LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time through the app's settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or that any content, including AI output, will be accurate or reliable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veery App LLC and its members, officers, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or fifty U.S. dollars ($50).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veery App LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
The following applies when you obtain the Service through Apple's App Store:
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
